Junior Business Analyst – EHR Onboarding | Healthcare & PHIPA

We are looking for Junior Business Analysts to support an EHR Onboarding and Digital Health Service Access workstream for a healthcare organization in Toronto.

Key requirements:

- Experience supporting Business Analysis, onboarding, intake, validation, process coordination, or operational activities.
- Strong understanding of PHIPA principles, including consent, collection, use, disclosure, and safeguards of Personal Health Information (PHI).
- Understanding of Health Information Custodians (HICs) and Agents and their roles under PHIPA.
- Knowledge of the Ontario healthcare sector, particularly healthcare information and digital health processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, information validation, analysis, and process coordination.
- Ability to review, categorize, map,



and validate information against defined rules, categories, and requirements.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including follow-ups with multiple stakeholders and supporting onboarding activities.
- Experience creating business documentation, presentations, briefing notes, reports, process documentation, and tracking information.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience in digital health onboarding, EHR access, Provincial Clinical Viewer, or related Ontario Health/digital health services is highly desirable; public sector experience is preferred.
