Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and quality food. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. The Crew Member will be an essential part of our restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during busy hours and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Duties

- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Dishwashing
- General Cleaning
- Assist in food handling tasks, including portioning, packaging, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.




- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.
- Follow all sanitation procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
