Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing kitchen cabinets and related fixtures, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our standards and client expectations. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces into functional and beautiful kitchens, delivering exceptional results on every project.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure precise cabinet placement and alignment
- Measure spaces accurately to determine optimal cabinet fit and layout
- Install kitchen cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment, ensuring secure attachment to walls and floors
- Perform related tasks such as drywall patching, caulking, and finishing to create seamless installations
- Assist with other construction activities including flooring installation, tile laying, or minor plumbing/electrical work as needed
- Maintain a clean work area by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely throughout the project




- Collaborate with team members and clients to address any installation challenges promptly and professionally

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate installation planning
- Experience with cabinet installation, woodworking, carpentry, and use of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of drywall finishing, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, siding, rebar installation, masonry, and concrete forming is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling and installation processes
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and schematics interpretation for project planning
- Basic plumbing and electrical experience beneficial for handling minor adjustments or troubleshooting during installation
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in a construction environment
