Duties

- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to ensure a safe and sanitary setting.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by organizing supplies and clearing workstations.
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.




- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to maintain an eco-friendly workspace.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and used responsibly according to safety guidelines.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices within a commercial kitchen setting.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including basic food preparation and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in food service or hotel environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability and willingness to follow safety protocols at all times.
