Location: Toronto, ON

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

Contract Details

- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Pay Rate: C$20.00–C$21.00 / Hour (CAD)
- Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; after-hours and occasional weekend availability required for event coordination

Job Summary

As the Landlord & Tenant Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting small to medium-sized clients with making real estate purchases or sales. As a Tenant Services Manager, you will supervise a team responsible for the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function, responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee 1 direct report. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, approve time off, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
- Partner with marketing team for event coordination, partner with vendors and various departments for event logistics and set up. Staying after hours for events may be required at times.
- Work closely with leasing team and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
- Manage contracts and participate in the RFP process.
- Work with multiple Market Leaders to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
- Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
- Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables, and contract execution process.
- Ensure service and support provided by the team is consistent and timely.
- Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
- Assist with the development of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
- Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration, and governance.
- Direct the client termination process.




- Participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.
- Contribute to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

Required Skills

- In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
- Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
- Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Preferred Skills

- Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Education Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED required.

Required Experience

- 5 years of job-related experience required.

Work Workplace / Physical Requirements

- Property holds many events; staying after hours to coordinate vendors and teams may be required, including occasional weekends.
