Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our crews through various landscaping projects. This role involves supervising on-site operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, construction experience, and a passion for horticulture and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews to complete projects on time and within scope
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maintain productivity
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies
- Oversee installation of irrigation systems, gardening features, and other landscape elements
- Conduct quality inspections to guarantee immaculate results in softscape and hardscape work
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution




- Assist with troubleshooting on-site issues related to horticulture, irrigation, or construction

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or related fields
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance
- Construction experience with a focus on hardscape or softscape installation
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings, or project plans is a plus
