Accident Benefits Law Clerk – Minimum 5 Years’ Experience

Nanda & Associate Lawyers Professional Corporation is seeking an experienced Accident Benefits Law Clerk to join our growing Personal Injury team.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience managing Ontario accident benefits files and will be confident handling matters independently from intake through settlement or hearing preparation.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing accident benefits files from opening to resolution
- Assisting clients with OCF forms, treatment plans, insurer requests, and documentation
- Communicating with clients, insurers, treatment providers, case managers, and opposing representatives
- Reviewing medical records, disability certificates, assessments, and insurer correspondence
- Preparing correspondence, case summaries, settlement materials, and LAT hearing materials
- Tracking limitation periods, deadlines, examinations, mediations, and hearings
- Maintaining organized electronic files and providing regular client updates





Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Accident Benefits Law Clerk in Ontario
- Strong knowledge of SABS, OCF forms, insurer processes, and LAT procedures
- Experience with personal injury practice-management software is an asset
- Excellent organization, communication, and client-service skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlines
- Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach
