Hillside Property Maintenance works exclusively for townhome HOAs and condo corporations, covering thousands of units across Windsor, Tecumseh, LaSalle, and Belle River. Our work is contracted, scheduled, and planned. You'll know where you're going, what the standard is, and what "done right" looks like from day 1.

What you'll do

- Commercial mowing, trimming, and edging on scheduled routes
- Seasonal cleanups
- Fertilizing, weed control, aeration,



and other lawn and property care
- Keep every property to one uniform standard, unit after unit
- Take care of your equipment and your truck
