Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, freelancing platforms, cold email, directories, and other channels.
- Research companies and identify decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, and CTOs.
- Find relevant projects and submit effective, personalized proposals.
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and maintain lead records.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Experiment with new lead-generation channels and strategies.
- Track leads, responses, meetings, proposals, and conversions.

Requirements

- Experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or appointment setting.




- Experience generating leads for software/IT services is preferred.
- Solid LinkedIn, internet research, and outreach skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
- Ability to write personalized outreach messages and proposals.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
