Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Lead Golf Simulator Builder & Installer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of custom, high-tech golf simulation builds—from the concrete floor up. This position goes beyond simple electronics setup; you will lead physical site preparation, framing, and finish carpentry, as well as the integration of advanced simulator hardware and software.

Your leadership will drive the successful execution of projects from raw space to a luxury, turnkey client experience.Responsibilities

- Structural Construction & Build-Out: Lead the physical build of the simulator environment from the ground up, including subfloor preparation, turf laying, framing enclosure structures, installing impact screens, and mounting heavy-duty ceiling/wall protective padding.
- Hardware & Software Integration: Direct the installation, mounting, and precision calibration of high-tech tracking cameras, radar launch monitors, overhead projectors, and touchscreen enclosures.
- Team Leadership & Project Management: Manage and coordinate on-site installation and construction crews to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Electrical & System Integration: Interpret electrical schematics and low-voltage wiring diagrams to integrate LED lighting, audio systems, and power runs cleanly behind the scenes.
- IT & Networking Setup: Configure dedicated simulator PCs, establish reliable network/Wi-Fi connectivity,



and handle software licensing and system updates.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot structural alignment issues, software bugs, component malfunctions, and connectivity problems using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Client Hand-off & Training: Provide premium training and technical support to clients on system operation, software navigation, and basic maintenance protocols.

Qualifications
- Construction & Carpentry Experience: Proven hands-on experience in light construction, including timber framing, subflooring, drywalling, or finish carpentry. Ability to safely use a wide array of power tools.
- Technical & IT Literacy: Strong background in computer hardware installation, Windows OS troubleshooting, and basic telecommunication/networking setup.
- Schematics & Low Voltage: Familiarity reading architectural blueprints, technical manuals, and low-voltage wiring diagrams for AV/automation integration.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Deep understanding of mechanical assembly, weight-bearing mounts (for ceiling projectors/screens), and tensioning systems.
- Problem-Solving & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional spatial awareness and problem-solving skills to adapt custom designs to varying in office physical environments.
- Leadership Capability: Prior experience leading a construction, AV installation, or trade crew is highly preferred.

Pay: $21.92-$41.03 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
