Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have : • Provide first and second level technical support, take care of tickets, sort, assign and follow up to resolution within SLAs; • Provide high-quality service to users, including executives, with professionalism, speed and discretion; • Handle sensitive information in accordance with privacy rules and information security policies; • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, access, equipment, and the lifecycle of technology assets; • Maintain and improve the knowledge base, procedures and user guides; • Ensure availability of videoconferencing rooms and provide support as needed; • Manage, in collaboration with the team, the network environments, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, SSO, Azure IaaS, Intune and Apple Business Manager; • Apply ITIL best practices for managing incidents, requests, problems, and changes; • Monitor system performance, capacity, and security and automate recurring tasks using scripts and management policies; • Contribute to digital transformation and cybersecurity projects by promoting the user experience; • Support system documentation, auditing, updating, hardening,



and lifecycle management activities; • Continuously develop skills through training, certifications and technology watch. The profile you are looking for is as follows: • Hold a degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and certifications; • Have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in technical support with users with high expectations, including executive customers; • Demonstrate a strong interest in developing systems administration skills; • Be proficient in Microsoft Azure IaaS, Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, backup, monitoring, and security tools; • Knowledge of Intune and Apple Business Manager (an asset); • Experience in a financial or regulated setting (an asset); • Have worked in a context where confidentiality is essential and understand the obligations related to access management, privacy and incident reporting; • Be available to work in person and provide occasional support outside of normal business hours; • Accept occasional travel; • Demonstrate excellent customer service, empathy and pedagogy to users; • Demonstrate great discretion, impeccable judgment, and strict adherence to the need-to-know principle; • Adopt a disciplined approach focused on results, priorities and service levels; • Demonstrate strong knowledge of systems, digital identity, security, networks and automation; • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers while clearly explaining technical concepts; • Analyze situations in a structured way, solve problems at the source and contribute to continuous improvement; • This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.

French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
