Currently we are seeking to hire an LPN on a part time basis and potential for full-time in future given the successful candidate's interest. This position is 1-4 days a week, from 615 am to noon on most days. We have four routes, one route is 7:30am to 1pm
Duties and Responsibilities
- Current registration and in positive standing
- Current CPR/ AED and Standard First Aid certification
- Arrange and/or provide client care by utilizing the skills of observation, assessment and counselling; report any unusual circumstances to the pharmacist or to the immediate supervisor.
- Administers medications, according to established procedures, and monitors medication’s effects. Maintains communication with other members of the interdisciplinary team as required
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of clinical and non-clinical Field employees and interpret company policies
