We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep spaces tidy and hygienic
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established health standards
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure quick resolution
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned to uphold facility standards
Skills
- Proven experience in general cleaning or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and identify basic repair needs
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines and procedures
