We’re an Asian buffet under current management, and we’re building a fresh, energetic kitchen team. We are looking for a motivated and creative line cook to take charge of our sushi, fruit, and dessert station. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and present sushi rolls, sashimi, and related items.
- Operate the deep fryer station and prepare fried items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Cross-train and assist in multiple kitchen stations, including sushi, fryer, prep, and buffet replenishment.
- Prepare and serve fresh fruit platters, salads, and simple desserts.
- Maintain food freshness, quality, and attractive presentation.
- Keep all assigned stations clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Follow food safety,
sanitation, and inventory rotation procedures.
- Assist with prep work and support teammates when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training.
- Good knife skills and attention to detail are helpful.
