Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to maintain a hygienic and safe working environment
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal assembly during busy service times




- Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices
- Knowledge of cooking techniques across various cuisines and menu items
- Experience in meal preparation, including working with hot and cold foods safely
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative kitchen work
- Serving experience is a plus, highlighting your ability to engage with guests professionally
