Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
- Support food service operations by assembling ingredients, garnishing plates, and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy service periods
- Follow all food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices to uphold health standards
- Maintain organized workstations, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed




- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and supporting fellow staff members

Experience

- Prior food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols
- Experience in handling various food industry equipment such as knives, fryers, ovens, and prep stations
- Knowledge of serving standards and customer service principles to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of food handling regulations and food safety practices
- Previous experience in meal preparation or working within a busy kitchen setting is a plus
