POSITION REQUIREMENTS

 Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties

 Prepare each recipe to Shoeless Joe’s specs and procedures in a timely manner

 Ability to coordinate cooking times appropriately; develop and maintain necessary level of speed

 Ensure food quality and protected food handling at all times

 Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation

 Monitor and minimize waste through careful planning and flawless execution

 Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure

 Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
