Duties

- Safely move and park vehicles within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with vehicle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lot by removing debris and ensuring vehicles are presentable.
- Assist with vehicle inventory management, including checking in new arrivals and preparing vehicles for sale or service.
- Handle basic cash transactions or payments related to vehicle services or accessories with accuracy.




- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle movements or guest requests to ensure seamless operations.
- Support dealership staff by performing light maintenance tasks such as tire pressure checks or fluid levels when needed.

Experience

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred to understand vehicle handling and lot procedures.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor that makes visitors feel welcome.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles that require clear communication and positive interactions.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly during transactions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers confidently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts; comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
