The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lodge 6 Chronic Care within the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority provides qualified nursing services to designated residents, including independent nursing care and administration of prescribed treatments. You will collaborate with physicians and the health care team, contributing to coordinated patient care and appropriate discharge planning.

This maternity/parental term may end earlier than the date shown, with ASAP start and 0.70 FTE; evening,
