Superline Fuels is seeking a safety-focused Class 1 driver to deliver bulk and packaged lubricants to commercial customers in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI. What We Offer

- $28.00 - $35.00 per hour wage depending on qualifications and experience
- A variable compensation package based on current accounts and customer share of wallet.
- 40 paid hours guaranteed each week, year round.

- Weekend work is not part of the regular schedule, although occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial delivery truck transporting bulk and packaged lubricants, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Complete scheduled customer deliveries, with daily stops varying by route, distance, order size and customer requirements.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs, locations, product type, quantities, invoices, and delivery receipts
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any logistical challenges
- Provide professional and respectful customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle and delivery equipment.




- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions when it is safe to do so.
- Stop or postpone a delivery when site, weather or equipment conditions are unsafe.

Qualifications

- Valid Nova Scotia Class 1 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to provide a driver's abstract satisfactory to the Company's insurance requirements.
- Ability to operate the transmission of the assigned vehicle.
- Manual-transmission commercial driving experience is an asset.
- Previous lubricant, bulk-liquid, packaged-goods or route-delivery experience is an asset but is not required.
- Strong safety judgement and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, pull and control products and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs (22.6 kg) with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Training

- Paid training will be provided to applicants who have the appropriate commercial driver's licence but do not have previous bulk or packaged lubricant delivery experience.
- Previous TDG certificate is an asset. The successful candidate will receive specific training in product identification, safe handling, bulk-transfer procedures and contamination prevention before completing unsupervised deliveries. TDG training and certification will be provided where appicable to the products transported.
