Duties
- Conduct oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements efficiently using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform tire rotations, replacements, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, including brake function, suspension integrity, and tire wear.
- Assist service advisor by explaining maintenance needs and recommending additional services or products.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents during maintenance tasks.
- Support the sales team by promoting relevant automotive products and maintenance packages.
Requirements
- Prior automotive repair experience is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workday.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines accurately.
- Previous experience with mechanic tasks or automotive repair is a plus.
