Key Responsibilities Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities.

Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Perform hands-on maintenance work as required.

Support troubleshooting and repair of boilers, rotating equipment, and auxiliary systems.

Manage work orders, maintenance records, and scheduling requirements.

Coordinate contractors and external service providers when necessary.

Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications Journeyperson Millwright, Mechanical Technician, or equivalent experience.

Strong background in turbo machinery and industrial mechanical systems.

Experience working with boiler and steam generation systems.

Demonstrated leadership experience in industrial maintenance environments.

Solid planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
