- Manage and support the environmental services team
- Implement maintenance schedules and eco-inspections
- Engage directly with residents to gather feedback
- Ensure all safety and health regulations are met

- 3+ years in maintenance or environmental services
- Leadership experience in a unionized setting preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and HVAC
