Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead our industrial maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance activities, from planning and scheduling to troubleshooting and repairs. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance equipment reliability, and foster a safety-first workplace.

Duties

- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled workforce
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance projects across manufacturing facilities, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; perform troubleshooting on programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low-voltage systems
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to ensure availability of critical components for maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to industrial maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical work (including low voltage),



and other facility systems
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing maintenance procedures, reducing costs, and increasing equipment efficiency

Requirements

- Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including mechanical systems, electrical systems (low voltage), HVAC systems, and schematics interpretation
- Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and troubleshooting complex machinery
- Excellent leadership qualities with supervisory experience in supervising diverse technical teams
- Solid understanding of safety standards and regulations applicable to industrial environments
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for team coordination and reporting purposes
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams accurately
