The Role: Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated CPA — or someone on the verge of becoming one — to join our collaborative, fast-paced team in a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, leading files with confidence, and mentoring junior staff.

What You’ll Do

● Manage and review working paper files for audits, review engagements, and compilations (NTRs)

● Prepare and analyze financial statements and tax filings

● Lead client engagements and ensure deadlines are met with quality results

● Support tax planning and compliance initiatives

● Collaborate with a supportive team and help guide junior accountants

● Leverage tools like TaxPrep and CCH (experience an asset, but not required)





What We’re Looking For

● CPA designation (or near completion)

● Experience in public accounting

● Strong communication skills and client-first mindset

● A desire to grow your career in a people-first environment
