Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high levels of engagement and productivity
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, and cash handling procedures
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Manage payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills





Requirements

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, sales management, merchandising, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cash handling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative responsibilities
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, pricing strategies, marketing concepts, and customer service excellence
- Ability to manage time efficiently while supervising multiple store functions simultaneously
- Prior supervisory experience in retail sales or store management is highly desirable
