Who are we looking for?
This opportunity is for an creative Manufacturing Test Technician, working closely with a team of operations, technologists, and engineers in our collaborative work culture. This opportunity provides the opportunity to work in a fast-growing technology organization in the global semiconductor business and offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to broad aspects of business in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Completing product testing to ensure high quality.
- Setup of thermal, optical, and mechanical tests to validate performance.
- Compiling and analyzing data for test reports and SPC
- Conducting quality inspections throughout the process, from incoming inspections on raw materials, in process inspections on the product and process and outgoing inspections on the final product.
- Assembling products and parts by following work instructions and specifications. Hands on small precision parts manufacturing, assembling, and testing
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Actively promote a work environment where the level of knowledge within all departments, relative to Safety and Efficiency, along with related regulations and policies is developed and maintained.
- Providing guidance and feedback to the design team for manufacturability and assisting with improvement of design and manufacturing.
- Interacting with ERP systems.
- Performing other duties as required.

What will be your qualifications?
- MUST HAVE: 2 or more Years conducting testing. The testing must be: use of metrology, precision level of +/- 0.001mm, requiring use of precision test equipment, where test reports are required after each test.
- MUST HAVE: Excellent hand-eye coordination especially when working with a microscope
- MUST HAVE: Previous experience working in manufacturing environment requiring a high level of (1) precision mechanical parts; (2) handling of small parts; (3) in a clean room or flow hood
- MUST HAVE: Prior exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices including quality systems such as ISO 9001.
- MUST HAVE: Able to work with minimal supervision in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- MUST HAVE: ability to use computers such as ERP, Excel, and test equipment
- MUST HAVE: Well organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
