Marketing Project Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate marketing projects from initial planning through completion. You’ll work across marketing initiatives, timelines, resources, and internal teams to keep projects organized and delivered on schedule. This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative projects, managing multiple priorities, and making sure the details behind marketing activity are handled effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate marketing projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, sales, and other internal teams
- Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and resources
- Organize project meetings and follow up on action items
- Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and campaign resources
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates
- Identify delays, risks, or changes and communicate them to relevant teams




- Support campaign launches, promotional activity, and marketing initiatives
- Monitor project requirements and ensure agreed deliverables are completed
- Prepare project reports and updates for internal stakeholders
- Review completed projects and help identify process improvements

What We’re Looking For

Previous marketing project management, project coordination, marketing coordination, campaign management, or related experience is preferred. You should have solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, coordinate different teams, and keep multiple projects moving at the same time.

Experience with project management tools, marketing platforms, spreadsheets, reporting, and campaign planning is an asset.
