Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Busy Multidisciplinary Clinic

Airdrie Physiotherapy & Massage is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our busy, established multidisciplinary clinic.

We have strong and consistent demand for massage therapy, and with one of our RMTs beginning maternity leave this October, we are looking to add another therapist to our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT looking to join an established clinic with immediate patient demand, a strong referral network, and the opportunity to quickly build a busy schedule.

Your Role
- Provide high-quality, individualized therapeutic massage treatments
- Assess patients and develop goal-oriented treatment plans




- Tailor treatments to each patient's condition and recovery goals
- Educate patients regarding home care, mobility, injury prevention, and ongoing wellness
- Maintain accurate and professional electronic charting
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists and other members of our clinical team when appropriate
- Maintain all professional and association requirements

Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association
- Completion of a recognized massage therapy program
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Available Hours

We currently have opportunities within the following hours:

- Monday – Friday: 1:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:45 PM

Full-time and part-time schedules can be discussed based on availability and clinic needs.
