Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments using various techniques to address clients’ specific concerns and promote relaxation
- Assess client needs through effective communication and understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with health regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, self-care strategies, and wellness practices to enhance ongoing health benefits
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment workplace by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans,



expectations, and any necessary follow-up steps
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate scheduling, manage client flow, and improve overall service quality

Experience

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body in your region
- Prior experience delivering massage therapy services in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal conditions and treatment modalities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to listen actively, assess client needs accurately, and tailor treatments accordingly
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
