The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional, personalized body treatments in accordance with Spa William Gray standards. Focused on guest well-being, they help create a memorable, safe, and serene experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Provide various types of massages and body treatments according to Spa protocols (relaxation, therapeutic, drainage, etc.).

Assess guest needs and adapt the treatment accordingly.

Ensure an exceptional guest experience before, during, and after the treatment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment that complies with hygiene standards.

Prepare treatment rooms and required materials.

Recommend additional treatments or products when appropriate.

Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth and harmonious service.





Respect Spa William Gray policies, procedures, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS Recognized diploma in massage therapy.

Member in good standing of a professional association (RQMS, FQM, etc.).

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in massage therapy (experience in a luxury spa is an asset).

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong listening skills, empathy, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skilled appearance and positive attitude.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
