ECG Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Grower to help lead cultivation operations at a key stage of growth and expansion. Working closely with our Senior Master Grower and senior leadership, you will oversee daily cultivation activities, mentor staff, and help deliver consistent, premium-quality cannabis.

At ECG, we specialize in Living Soil Organic (LSO) cultivation, combining sustainable growing practices, proprietary genetics, and meticulous attention to plant health.

Our PACS-certified organic and GACP-compliant facility serves as the foundation for our growth in Canadian and international medical cannabis markets. With EU-GMP certification pending, we are building the team and production capacity to support our next stage of expansion.

The Opportunity

This role combines hands-on cultivation with team supervision. You will work alongside the Senior Master Grower to maintain healthy crops, coordinate production schedules, and strengthen cultivation practices.

You will also contribute to production planning and expansion projects, including hybrid greenhouse development, while helping our cultivation team maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily cultivation activities, including mother plant care, cloning, propagation, vegetative growth, flowering, and harvest.
- Coordinate crop schedules and daily work assignments with the Senior Master Grower.
- Monitor plant health, soil conditions, irrigation, nutrition, and environmental controls, addressing issues promptly.
- Implement and improve standard operating procedures for cultivation, integrated pest management (IPM), sanitation, harvest, drying, and curing.
- Train, mentor, and supervise cultivation staff to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent work.
- Maintain accurate cultivation records, crop observations,



and production reports.
- Support adherence to applicable Health Canada requirements, PACS organic standards, and GACP practices, along with preparation for EU-GMP certification.
- Collaborate with leadership on yield optimization, cultivar evaluation, and cultivation improvements.
- Support facility expansion and the development of new growing spaces.

Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of five years of hands-on cannabis cultivation experience in a commercial facility. Home growing experience alone does not qualify.
- Proven experience supervising cultivation teams and delivering consistent, high-quality crops.
- Strong knowledge of organic cultivation, ideally including living soil systems.
- Practical experience with plant nutrition, irrigation, environmental controls, and IPM.
- Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to balance daily growing responsibilities with team leadership.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- A degree in horticulture or a related discipline is an asset.
