We are seeking a professional, organized, and energetic Medical Receptionist to join our state-of-the-art medical practice in Scarborough. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and have a passion for patient care, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and manage patient appointments for physicians and practitioners
- Process accounts receivable and follow up on third-party payments
- Handle general office administration, including payroll, scheduling, and reporting
- Maintain an organized and effective front desk and office environment




- Assist with promotional programs and manage supply orders
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors

What We’re Looking For:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 1 year of secretarial/administrative experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suites)
- Experience with medical software (e.g., Oscar) is an asset
- Typing speed of 30 WPM and proficiency in 10-key by touch
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently

Location: Bloor

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday availability required
