NE Alberta 48 room Motel seeking live-in management team (ideal for semi-retired couple) Salary and accommodations. Bonus structure after one year probationary period.
Duties to include: Front desk customer service: make reservations, check guests in/out, office management (keys, payments, paperwork, phone calls etc)
Minor maintenance: minor plumbing and electrical, painting, grounds maintenance, regular building upkeep
Housekeeping/Laundry: assist and complete housekeeping and laundry tasks, organize and supervise housekeepers
Criminal Record check required.
Ideal for couple (one person may hold another job as well)
MUST enjoy staying at home (on site)
Physically fit to complete all tasks
Computer skills necessary (ability to use hotel reservation programs an asset)
