Job Summary

We are actively seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual for a Mover position. The successful candidate must be able to commit to flexibility in hours based on our project schedules. Ownership of a vehicle and license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely load and unload furniture and staging materials
- Exercise care in handling items to prevent damage during transportation.
- Execute the setup of furniture and accessories
- Thoroughly clean and dust furniture to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Possess and maintain a valid G license for driving the company truck/rental vehicles (sprinter, box truck)
- Effectively transport furniture and staging materials to and from various locations.
- Own a vehicle for commuting to and from the workplace.

Work Hours and Schedule:

- Commit to a variable & adaptable schedule to accommodate project demands.
- Be open to occasional extra hours, especially during peak periods or when project timelines require additional effort.

Warehouse Management:

- Organize and manage warehouse inventory efficiently.
- Contribute to maintaining an accurate inventory system, which is already set up and running.





Basic Computer Skills:

- Utilize basic computer skills for inventory management and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of items loaded, unloaded, and in inventory.

Team Collaboration:

- Work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of Moving experiece.
- Valid G license for driving responsibilities - You will be required to drive a sprinter van regularly.
- Ownership of a vehicle for commuting.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and a willingness to take accountability.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week

Flexible language requirement

- French not required

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- moving: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
