As a Nail Salon Supervisor at Polo Nails, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the salon. Your responsibilities will include managing and guiding staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth workflow. This role requires a combination of leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in the salon environment.

Requirements:

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

Assist clients/guests with special needs

Handle emergency situations

Resolve work-related problems

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers

Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
