Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products such as hand creams, cuticle oils, or nail care kits to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails and long-lasting results
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Stay current with industry trends,

Skills

- Expertise in various nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health regulations to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills for effectively discussing services, upselling products, and providing professional advice
- Ability to perform body waxing services as an added skill to diversify service offerings (nice-to-have)
- Retail sales experience to confidently recommend products that complement nail treatments and boost revenue (nice-to-have)
- Active listening skills combined with a positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
