Body Option Clinic is a chronic pain practice in Vancouver built on a single principle: where it hurts is rarely where it's wrong. Our caseload is the one other clinics hand back — pain that has outlasted imaging, injections, cortisone, and two or three previous rounds of treatment. We find the upstream driver and we treat that.

Every session is one-on-one. No overlapping bookings, no rushed intakes, no dispensary targets. We're a small team that talks about cases out loud, argues about them, and cares how they end.

Job overview

We're looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to run their own practice within ours as an independent contractor, with injection therapy and acupuncture at the centre of the work. You'll be training and certifying in our in-house method during onboarding so your clinical reasoning aligns with the rest of the team.

This suits an ND who already injects regularly, thinks structurally as well as systemically, and wants a referral stream of complex pain patients who genuinely need what they do.

What you'll do

- Assess chronic and treatment-resistant pain presentations, including patients with long histories and unclear diagnoses
- Deliver injection therapy as a core part of your caseload — prolotherapy, PRP, perineural, neural therapy, trigger point, or whatever your scope and certification cover
- Needle. Acupuncture is used routinely here
- Order and interpret labs where the picture calls for it, and integrate systemic findings with the mechanical ones
- Reassess and adapt; collaborate with clinic practitioners on shared cases




- Chart clearly and on time
- Explain your reasoning to patients in language they can act on
- Build and manage your own caseload, with clinic marketing and internal referrals behind you

About you
- Registered and in good standing with the CNPBC
- Professional liability insurance
- At least 2 years of experience is preferred
- Current BC certification in prescribing and therapeutic injections, actively used.
- Acupuncture certification with regular clinical use
- A self-starter. As a contractor, your schedule, follow-through, and standards are yours to manage
- Either an existing patient base you're bringing with you, or a real willingness to build one here
- Open to being retrained. Certification in our method is a condition of the role
- A structural thinker as much as a systemic one — our patients arrive in pain, and the answer is often mechanical, often metabolic, frequently both
