A growing neonatal care program in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join its collaborative team and provide specialized care to newborns in a hospital-based setting.

Position Highlights:

- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity in a hospital-based neonatal program
- Provide comprehensive care to newborns and critically ill neonates
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of neonatal patients
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Support neonatal resuscitation and management of high-acuity newborns
- Communicate with parents and families regarding treatment plans and newborn care
- Work alongside an established neonatal team with NNP support

Qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program
- Current NNP certification or eligibility
- Nevada APRN licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Strong neonatal clinical skills and judgment

- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented,
