Compensation: $20.00 per hour (net take-home pay)

Vancouver Janitorial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Office Janitor to join our team in North Vancouver.

This position is ideal for candidates who live in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, or other North Shore communities, as the work location is at 1325 E Keith Road and the shift is a short four-hour evening schedule.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, professional office environments and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities for Office Cleaning

- Vacuum carpets and entrance mats
- Dust desks, ledges, and common areas




- Clean and sanitize washrooms
- Restock paper products and soap dispensers
- Empty garbage, recycling, and compost
- Mop hard floors
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Maintain consistent, high-quality cleaning standards

Qualifications
- Must live in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, or nearby North Shore communities (strongly preferred)
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently
- Previous office cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
