DF Barnes Services is seeking experienced Offshore Welders to join our skilled trades team supporting offshore oil and gas operations.

The Opportunity

As an Offshore Welder with DF Barnes Services, you will perform high-quality piping and structural welding in support of offshore maintenance and project requirements. Working as part of a multidisciplinary offshore team, you will be expected to deliver quality workmanship while maintaining a strong commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities include

- - Performing piping and structural welding in accordance with applicable procedures, specifications, and offshore requirements.
- Completing welds on structural components and piping in required positions and conditions.
- Preparing joints and materials to support quality welding and fabrication work.
- Following offshore safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and emergency protocols.




- Participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and required offshore training.
- Inspecting and maintaining welding equipment and ensuring tools remain safe, clean, and operational.
- Working collaboratively with tradespeople, supervisors, and other members of the offshore team.
- Supporting rotational schedules, overtime, and night-shift requirements when required.

What You Bring To be considered, candidates must:

- - Hold Journeyperson status in the welding trade.
- Be qualified and certified to work offshore, with all required offshore certifications current and valid.
