We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Buyer & Acquisition Specialist to join our dealership team.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment, and is ready to take ownership of the vehicle acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and acquire vehicles for dealership inventory
- Communicate and negotiate with dealerships, wholesalers, private sellers, and other industry contacts
- Identify attractive vehicle purchasing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners
- Coordinate vehicle purchases and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records using CRM, Outlook, and other dealership systems
- Work closely with management and the sales team
- Organize and manage multiple transactions simultaneously




- Travel within Canada when required

Requirements:

- OMVIC certification
- Valid Ontario Full G driver's licence
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional, and highly organized
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Outlook, and modern digital/AI tools
- Automotive dealership experience is an asset

Compensation: Commission-based, with earning potential based on performance and results.
