Job Summary

This role supports the TD Wealth Client Transfers team, which operates similarly to an outbound call centre. The team contacts other financial institutions to obtain status updates on clients transferring investment accounts to TD Wealth. Approximately 80% of the day is spent on the phone making outbound calls to financial institutions — there are no inbound calls and no sales responsibilities. The remaining 20% involves data entry functions, including updating in-house systems and working closely with ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in-house Case Management software. The contractor will have access to customer data. This is a collaborative, close-knit team of 20 members, and the role offers growth opportunities in a supportive setting. A full week of formal classroom training is provided, with ongoing team-lead support afterward. Performance is measured by deliverables and daily targets — the current target is approximately 60 outbound calls per day, which is an average rather than a rigid daily requirement; new hires are not expected to hit the target immediately.
