**Job Title: Operations Assistant: Langley / Abbotsford

Pay: $20/hour | Hours: 6–8 hrs/week, more during peak weeks | Seasonal: Sept–Nov (with off-season admin as needed)

Who We Are: Spark BC Youth Sports provides inclusive, non-contact flag football for kids 4–16 across Abbotsford, Langley, and surrounding communities — no tryouts, no cuts, reduced barriers for families.

The Role: This role involves representing Spark in written communication, exercising independent judgment, and coordinating logistics — ideal for someone with some work or life experience who can take direction and run with it. You'll also be a warm, familiar presence at gameday events: MVP awards, guiding families, setup, and order distribution.

Who You Are: Organized, proactive, trustworthy, excellent attitude. Solid written communicator — comfortable drafting emails and handling correspondence independently.





Warm and approachable with kids, parents, and coaches.

Calm under pressure, dependable, comfortable working without close supervision.

Easy to work with — communicates openly and takes feedback well.

Students, parents, and retirees all welcome — the right attitude and reliability matter most.

Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;

experience with kids/families or community/customer service/admin work; clean
