Canadian LifeCare Learning (CLL) is a growing Canadian online education and research platform offering practical courses designed to support personal development, professional skills, and new learning opportunities.
We are currently developing an affiliate network to help introduce CLL courses to relevant audiences in Canada and internationally.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and organized Outreach Coordinator to help identify and connect with potential affiliates for CLL's online courses.
This is not a sales position.
Your main responsibility is to find the right people or organizations who may be interested in becoming CLL affiliates, make the initial connection, and introduce qualified prospects to CLL.
CLL will handle the detailed discussion, affiliate agreement, onboarding, and ongoing affiliate relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential affiliates for specific CLL courses.
Use Google, LinkedIn, professional websites, social media, communities, and other online resources to find suitable candidates.
Evaluate whether potential affiliates have a relevant audience and a valuable fit with a particular CLL course.
Contact potential affiliates through professional and personalized outreach.
Briefly introduce the CLL affiliate opportunity.
Determine whether the person or organization has an initial interest.
Introduce interested and qualified prospects to CLL.
Maintain a simple record of prospects, outreach, responses, and introductions.
Follow CLL's outreach guidelines and communicate professionally.
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good Google and online research skills.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Ability to identify relevant people, organizations, and communities.
Ability to evaluate whether a potential affiliate is a good fit.
Professional and respectful communication style.
Good organization and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn about CLL's courses and target audiences.
Previous experience in affiliate marketing, outreach, networking, marketing, or business development is an asset but not required.

Compensation
This is an independent contractor, performance-based opportunity with no hourly wage.
For affiliates successfully recruited through your efforts, you will receive an agreed percentage of qualifying revenue generated through those affiliates.
The exact percentage, attribution period, payment terms, and other details will be explained before the engagement begins and documented in the independent contractor agreement.
What This Role Does NOT Require
You will not be expected to:
Sell CLL courses directly.
Close sales.
Negotiate affiliate agreements.
Manage affiliates after they are onboarded.
Manage employees or other contractors.
