Donald's Fine Foods is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a newly created role covering our Metro Vancouver territory. You'll take over an existing base of clients while building new business through prospecting and territory development. This is a mix of relationship management and business development.

What you'll do

Manage and grow an existing client base while building and executing a territory plan to win new accounts. Prospect through visits, calls, referrals, and events. Diagnose customer needs, present solutions, quote, negotiate, and close. Onboard new accounts and stay close to them through their first few months to make sure the relationship sticks. Report back on market trends, competitor pricing, and where we're losing business so we can fix it.

What we're looking for

Three to five years in B2B outside sales, territory development, foodservice, or wholesale distribution. Experience selling meat, food, or perishable products is a robust plus. You know how to prospect, negotiate, present, and close, and you follow up without being chased. You're comfortable in kitchens, warehouses, and processing plants,



not just boardrooms. Valid driver's licence and ability to travel your territory regularly.

Post secondary education in business, marketing, or hospitality is a plus but not required if you've got the track record.
