OPPORTUNITY

H.Y. Engineering Ltd. is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our Surrey office. This position is approximately 25 hours per week, working daytime hours (8:00am–1:00pm), Monday to Friday.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and thrives in a client-facing role. This position requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our Surrey office during scheduled daytime hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet clients and visitors in a qualified and welcoming manner
- Answer and transfer calls using Microsoft Teams
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Process client payments (mail, in-person, and phone)
- Perform general administrative duties (scanning, filing, document processing)
- Maintain boardrooms and common office areas
- Assist with meetings and company events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Professional, organized,



and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Business casual workplace

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $24.00 per hour
