Join our vibrant bakery team as a Part-Time or Full-Time Front of Bakery Associate! Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their selections, providing friendly and efficient service
- Handle food preparation tasks such as packaging baked goods and assisting with basic food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front bakery area, kitchen including counters, display cases and supported bakers
- Manage transactions accurately at the register, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling protocols at all times
- Assist in restocking display shelves and ensuring baked goods are attractively presented
- Making coffee to meet the standard

Requirements





- Previous experience in a restaurant, bakery or food service environment is preferred
- Previous experience in coffee making is preferred and will be considered
- Knowledge of food preparation, baking, or cake decorating is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle food safely, follow hygiene standards, and adhere to food safety regulations
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry practices is advantageous
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as packaging and cleaning
- Enthusiastic team player eager to learn new skills in baking, food handling, and customer engagement
