We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food handling and preparation.
- Assist in food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.




- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cashiering is advantageous.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A team-oriented attitude with solid communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues.
