Part-Time Social Media & Clinic Assistant

Orchid Medical Clinic is looking for a creative, organized, professional, and reliable individual with hands-on social media experience to join our team in a part-time, in-person position.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both social media/content creation and working directly with patients in a medical and aesthetic clinic environment.

The primary focus of this position is to help manage and grow our social media presence, create engaging content, and support clinic marketing. The role also includes front-desk responsibilities and assisting with our aesthetic services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

Social Media & Marketing

- Managing and maintaining social media platforms
- Creating and posting engaging content, reels, stories, and other social media
- Assisting with clinic promotions and marketing campaigns
- Taking before-and-after photos and other clinic content
- Developing creative ideas to promote our medical and aesthetic services
- Monitoring social media engagement and maintaining a consistent brand presence

Clinic & Patient Support

- Greeting patients and providing professional customer service
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Taking payments and assisting with administrative tasks
- Setting up patients and assisting with cosmetic procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

Qualifications:

- Interest in social media, content creation, photography, video editing, or digital marketing
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing/design tools is an asset




- Creative and able to come up with engaging content ideas
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with patients
- Willingness to learn about medical aesthetics and the services offered at our clinic
- Knowledge of skincare, lasers, Botox, and dermal fillers is an asset
- Previous experience in a medical, aesthetic, skincare, beauty, or customer-service environment is an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

This is a part-time, in-person position. The schedule may vary based on clinic and physician availability.
